Aperol Spritz

The iconic Italian aperitivo. Light, bubbly, and bittersweet.

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozAperol
• ✓3 ozProsecco
• ✓1 ozSoda water

Method

1. 1.Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. 2.Add Aperol, then prosecco.
3. 3.Top with a splash of soda water.
4. 4.Stir gently once.
