Dark & Stormy

Dark rum and spicy ginger beer. A Caribbean classic.

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozDark rum
• ✓4 ozGinger beer
• ✓0.5 ozFresh lime juice

Method

1. 1.Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2.Add lime juice and ginger beer.
3. 3.Float the dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
