Dirty Martini

Briny, savory, and addictive. Olive brine is the secret weapon.

Ingredients

• ✗2.5 ozGin or vodka
• ✗0.5 ozDry vermouth
• ✓0.5 ozOlive brine

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2.Stir for 30 seconds until very cold.
3. 3.Strain into a chilled martini glass.
