Gimlet

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozGin
• ✓0.75 ozFresh lime juice
• ✓0.75 ozSimple syrup

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2.Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
3. 3.Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
