Italian Gentleman

An Old Fashioned variation with Amaro Nonino adding depth and complexity.

Ingredients

• ✗1.5 ozBourbon or whisky
• ✗0.75 ozAmaro Nonino
• ✓0.25 ozSimple syrup
• ✓2 dashAngostura bitters

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2.Stir for 20-30 seconds.
3. 3.Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
