A tiki classic from the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. Funky rum meets bitter Campari.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ozDark rum
  • 0.75 ozForthave Red
  • 1.5 ozPineapple juice
  • 0.5 ozFresh lime juice
  • 0.5 ozSimple syrup

Method

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2.Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
  3. 3.Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
