The mezcal Paper Plane. Equal parts smoky, bitter, herbal, and citrus.

Ingredients

• ✗0.75 ozMezcal
• ✗0.75 ozAperol
• ✗0.75 ozGreen Chartreuse
• ✓0.75 ozFresh lime juice

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2.Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
3. 3.Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
