Negroni (Brooklyn Style)

A Negroni riff using Forthave Red as the bitter element and Discarded Cascara vermouth.

Ingredients

• ✗1 ozGin
• ✗1 ozForthave Red
• ✗1 ozSweet vermouth

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2.Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3.Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
