Old Fashioned

The original cocktail. Whisky, sugar, bitters, and a twist.

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozBourbon or whisky
• ✓0.25 ozSimple syrup
• ✓2 dashAngostura bitters

Method

1. 1.Add simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. 2.Add a large ice cube.
3. 3.Pour whisky over ice and stir gently for 15-20 seconds.
4. 4.Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
