Paloma

Mexico's favorite tequila cocktail. Bright, salty, and crushable.

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozTequila blanco
• ✓2 ozFresh grapefruit juice
• ✓0.5 ozFresh lime juice
• ✓0.25 ozAgave syrup
• ✓2 ozSoda water

Method

1. 1.Rim a highball glass with salt if desired.
2. 2.Fill with ice and add tequila, grapefruit, lime, and agave.
3. 3.Top with soda water and stir gently.
