Paper Plane

A modern classic by Sam Ross. Equal parts, perfectly balanced between sweet, bitter, and boozy.

Ingredients

• ✗0.75 ozBourbon or whisky
• ✗0.75 ozAmaro Nonino
• ✗0.75 ozAperol
• ✓0.75 ozFresh lemon juice

Method

1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2.Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
3. 3.Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
