Ingredients
- ✗2 ozBlended Scotch or whisky
- ✓0.75 ozFresh lemon juice
- ✓0.75 ozHoney-ginger syrup
- ✗0.25 ozIslay Scotch (float)
Method
- 1.Combine whisky, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2.Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4.Float the Islay Scotch on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
