Scotch Highball

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozJapanese or Scotch whisky
• ✓4 ozSoda water

Method

1. 1.Fill a tall highball glass to the brim with ice.
2. 2.Pour whisky over the ice.
3. 3.Top slowly with cold soda water.
4. 4.Stir once gently — no more.
