Suze & Tonic

A French aperitivo. Earthy gentian root meets quinine.

Ingredients

• ✗2 ozSuze
• ✓4 ozTonic water

Method

1. 1.Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2.Add Suze and top with tonic water.
3. 3.Stir gently once.
