Whisky Sour

A perfectly balanced sour with rich texture from egg white.

Ingredients

  • 2 ozBourbon or whisky
  • 0.75 ozFresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 ozSimple syrup
  • 1 wholeEgg white(optional)

Method

  1. 1.Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds (if using egg white).
  2. 2.Add ice and shake again for 12-15 seconds.
  3. 3.Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
