A perfectly balanced sour with rich texture from egg white.

Ingredients
- ✗2 ozBourbon or whisky
- ✓0.75 ozFresh lemon juice
- ✓0.75 ozSimple syrup
- ✓1 wholeEgg white(optional)
Method
- 1.Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds (if using egg white).
- 2.Add ice and shake again for 12-15 seconds.
- 3.Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
